Operating Directions

1. Fill tank with ½ of the gallon syrup and with 2 gallons water.
2. Machine takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to slush.
3. When minimum level is reached add ¼ syrup and 1 gallon syrup to reach maximum level again.

NOTE:  If using for alcoholic drinks, we recommend adding alcohol to your cup before or after you pour. By putting the alcohol in the machine it takes much longer to slush as alcohol acts like an antifreeze.
