The rental prices shown on our site and price list are based on a one day rental. If you would like the rental items for more than one day, please call or stop in the store.
Item reservations require a deposit to secure the rental. Therefore, they are only accepted in person at our store. Please note that our site does not indicate item availability.
We require deposits on rental items to cover any damage or cleaning fees. Deposits can be paid by cash, check, or credit card and are returned after the rental items are returned and inspected for any damage or assessed any necessary cleaning fees. All deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to the reservation date.
From the event date, deposits are 80% refundable outside of 30 days prior to the reservation. If cancelled inside of 30 days prior, the deposit will not be refunded. Any cancellations within 14 days of reservation date are subject to the full amount.
We can provide delivery for all of our rental items. Feel free to give us a call to additional information.
Security of Rental Items
The security of our rental items remains the responsibility of the rental customer from the time of delivery until the time of return.
Damaged, Broken, or Lost Rental Items
We double check each and every order to avoid any mistakes before they leave our store. We also recommend you count your order, since you are accepting responsibility for the number of items on the contract. Missing items will be charged at the full replacement value.
Preparing Items for Pickup
We want to ensure the pickup process runs as smoothly as the delivery process. Tables & chairs must be folded and stacked as delivered. Staples, tacks, & tape must be removed from tables. Machines must be cleaned as specified in our instructions. Failure to do so will result in labor charges being added to the contract.
